🎓 Admission Process
Step 1: Initial Counseling & Document Submission

- Submit required documents:
- Certified academic certificates, mark sheets, professional certificates
- IELTS/TOEFL/PTE results
- CV, Statement of Purpose (SOP), work experience certificates (if applicable)
- Bank statements/pay slips of last 6 months
- Copy of passport
- Evidence of any education gap (if required)
- Immigration history of the applicant
Step 2: Offer Letter & Sponsor Documentation
- Institutions take 14 weeks to confirm admission.
- Receive the Offer Letter from the institution.
- Provide sponsor documents (parent or close relative preferred) showing minimum funds:
- 1-year tuition fees + 1-year living costs + travel costs
- Sponsor documents vary by profession & income source, may include:
- Bank certificate/statement, tax certificate & return copy
- Salary certificate or job certificate, trade license
- Property/revenue info, affidavit of financial support
- University assesses Genuine Student Requirement (GSR)
- Upon approval, university issues an unconditional offer letter
Step 3: Tuition Payment & Visa Preparation
- Pay tuition fees and OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) directly to the university.
- Receive eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment)
- Ready for student visa application
